Welcome to North Cove
Hello, I’m Wendy.
Perhaps you’ve been feeling unhappy, lost or simply not quite yourself, but can’t really explain why. Maybe everything seems fine on the outside, yet something feels missing. You might feel disconnected, overwhelmed, irritable or stuck in a way of living that no longer feels right.
You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, low self-esteem or a significant life change. Or perhaps you don’t recognise yourself in any of these descriptions.
That’s okay. You don’t need to have a diagnosis or a clear reason for seeking therapy.
I’m an integrative relational psychotherapist and BACP Registered Member. I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, explore how you’re feeling and begin to understand yourself more deeply.
My approach is person-centred and collaborative. We work at your pace, exploring whatever feels important to you, whether that’s difficult emotions, past experiences, relationships, repeating patterns or simply wanting to feel happier and more comfortable in yourself.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, and online across the UK, with flexible appointments and a free 15-minute initial consultation.
Weekday appointments available.

Not feeling yourself, but not sure why?
You may feel unhappy, disconnected or unsettled without knowing what is behind it. You don’t need to explain it clearly before coming to therapy. We can begin with how things feel for you and explore them together, at your pace.

You don’t need to fit into a particular category or know exactly what to say. We can begin with whatever feels most important to you.
How I can help…
You may want space to understand what you are experiencing, work through something difficult or make a meaningful change in your life.

Feel clearer about what you need and what comes next
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” - Carl Rogers
